Two more done, the DT3 and RT2.
This time DVLA wanted to have a look at them. No problem other than adding about another month or so to the process.
For those that didn't know and might be interested, DVLA now contract out this task to a third party. The chap was early, very pleasant, took a few photos and was off - the whole exercise only took about fifteen minutes. He thought that DVLA inspect about one in five new registration applications.
