noticed in my messages that none of my sent messages are showing since mid 2019  any admin able to help out ?

yes at the top of the messages you will see preferences put your cursor over that , then move down to chnge settings click that then make sure the box beside "Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default." is checked
