« on: May 27, 2018, 09:06:52 PM »
Hi anybody got any idea where I can get a kickstart for a 1e8 1977 kickstart lever ? Loads of later larger shaft ones about but can't find one for the smaller shaft

Do you mean the boss that the kickstart arm mounts on to ?

Are you sure there are 2 sizes? I have rebuilt several 200's and not had a problem. The 250/350 bikes have a larger shaft (!! :)), are you sure you are looking at the correct one?

Sorry tony that's incorrect, the arms are the same but the boss (that clamps to the kickstart shaft) differ as the splined shaft off the kickstart mechanism is smaller on the 125's
