Hi anybody got any idea where I can get a kickstart for a 1e8 1977 kickstart lever ? Loads of later larger shaft ones about but can't find one for the smaller shaft

Do you mean the boss that the kickstart arm mounts on to ?

Are you sure there are 2 sizes? I have rebuilt several 200's and not had a problem. The 250/350 bikes have a larger shaft (!!

Sorry tony that's incorrect, the arms are the same but the boss (that clamps to the kickstart shaft) differ as the splined shaft off the kickstart mechanism is smaller on the 125's

I Stand corrected Tony and I apologise, ignore the total boll@cks I was talking!! Checked the Parts list and indeed the part numbers are the same so you are correct!!
