Got it Laurence but if you use Paypal again rather than the automated system please put a note on to say who the membership renewal is for

Since February 2015 we set up an automatic joining and renewal provision on our database to reduce the mountainous amount of work for the membership secretary in manually processing all of the new and renewal membership requests (over 570 at this present time). A big part of this was also having to print off, laminate and post out the corresponding amount of membership cards which we now no longer need to do as each member can print off their own card from the database should they wish to.  If you want a card then go to this link

 https://membermojo.co.uk/aircooledrdclub/signin   find the "your membership" tab at the top of the page, click on that and you will see your member details.... go to the bottom of the page to see a copy of your card. Print and laminate as needed

Your membership expired 1st March Tony. You will have received an automated e mail as long as we have your correct e mail address.

I have also checked back through our Paypal account just to see if we had a manual payment but there is nothing showing

You can renew in this way

go to this page https://membermojo.co.uk/aircooledrdclub/signin   and enter your email address
you will then get an email with a link to log you into your member mojo page
click that link and it will take you to your membership  page,
you will then see a renew button click that and it  will take you to paypal, and that should sort it


but please check your details are correct as people often change email addresses etc and forget to do it on their forum profile . Also Anthony, we don't have a contact number on file.  I will PM you the email address we have on file just in case thst is the problem with your access

Hi, I have just updated your membership manually which now expires on the 31st October 2017. Our paypal account is generally not monitored manually so any new or renewal payment made there as opposed to using the automated renewal system will probably go unnoticed unless you inform us of it. To avoid any errors in future renewals please could you use the automatic process when you get your renewal notice which will be about a month before renewal is due.  Thank you for supporting the club for another year
