Sure is Phil. It's rammed on Sundays but I called Saturday and there was a private function on - a wedding. I got bollo##ed for riding her into the car park as they were saying their vows as I pulled up. The sound of those pipes on X should  come out well on their wedding DVD  :o :o

We walk the dog past the pitch every night Bob so our paths will have crossed ! We love the Buckshaw concept. Been here 4 years and now we have train station, Tesco, Italian restaurant, Indian bar and take away, wine bar and coffee shops we are now self contained and we can walk everywhere. New pub being built and open before Xmas then we are really sorted  :o :o
