RD Airbox to CArb Nozzles

Saw in an earlier post, about how these always get broken off.

Here is my fix:
I had a nozzle break on my airbox.
went to look on Ebay and most of them you see, the nozzle are broken off.

In my case, I had a second aribox, that had only (1) nozzle.

So I repaired per pictures.

You can countersink the flanges if wanted, or remove them.

But its hard to get a nice sharp edge with the drill bit in the plastic, that will look good.
In this manner the flange covers all that.

Nice one , great fix , maybe add to the Skill Centre section with some photos if you don’t mind. A good fix for a problem I have on mine , many thanks .

You should see some of the other stuff I come up with.

This looks sloppy, but worked for a broken finger in the fuse block.
Spade connector.

Next one I will open the crimp end & trim neatly
