
Because I was having a few problems with my YR5 back in the late 70s, Tony Brown of George Brown Motorcycles in Stevenage offered me an old YR5 he had rusting away in his back garden for a nominal sum (I don't think it was anything more than £50).
I did a bottom end swap (the crank seals had gone and selector forks bent on my bike) and then sold the bike on as needing attention.
