Working on the rear caliper. One piston came out ok but the other one required an engineering solution.

Caliper back together, I made sure that the fluid passage ways were clear. They were blocked on the front one

Get a kit. You will save yourself a lot of trouble. The only way I know to get a new disk, and it needs to be clean and perfectly flat.

That is a nice rich sort of Burgundy red.  Maybe a tad darker than the one I have seen on W.German models?  What colour is it please, I lost track!

Hi 5port, my paint guy had it made up by a specialist, it is under artificial light so doesn’t show it at it best. When I have put the graphics on I will do some natural light pics to hopefully show the brilliant colour.
