Suzuki T20 crank bearing pegs

Those small pegs preventing the crank bearings to turn, is it possible to drill those out?
Currently stuck and too little to grab on to pull those out.

High Tore EDM or spark erosion  will drill through anything conductive https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpHYBz7ToII .

In some engines its possible to drill a small hole to get behind or underneath the bearing peg and move them with a pin punch then close the drilled hole with a weld

There are steel seats for the bearings so Alum is not an option.
I have not used carbide drills. Heard those are very britle. Need probably 2.5 or 3mm to drill out those pegs. Was not sure if those actually will drill through the bearing materials. I will try.

Maybe an option for removal of stuck screws in steel:

A bit pricey toy though. Fun is that you can drill a hex hole in the screw and use an allen key to screw it out
