Sold my 400E a couple of years ago, and did miss it, th3n out of the blue I got a message from it's current keeper, not the guy I sold it to asking if I wanted 1st dibs.
Price was £300 more than I sold it for.
Initially I said no thanks, bad timing as I was just about to go to the USA for a 3 week biking holiday, so strapped for spare cash.
My wife chirped up a couple of days later asking if I really wanted it, and if so she'd lend me the money.
So, a deal done a week before I flew of to the USA, and its back in my garage.
