And if you  still can't get it to work then just pay the £15 into our Paypal account   payments@aircooledrdclub.com and I will update it manually once I see the payment in the account

Hi Jean

Yes I can see your payment in our paypal account for £18 but a European membership is £20.  Also, The automated system is the best and easiest way to renew as it updates membership automatically.  Any payments that are paid manually (as opposed to going through the automated system) are not monitored manually due to the volume and having to trawl through the paypal account everyday to check if any payments relate to a renewal.  If you wish to pay that way, there is no problem but if you send me a PM just to let me know then we can update the database straight away otherwise it will get missed as in your case . This is where I have a problem.. have you got a membership number or is the membership in a different name or spelling of your name as I have looked through our current and expired database and cannot find anything linked to your name or emaiil address? If you could get back to me please   thanks paul

All sorted now, someone else has dealt with this and your membership will now expire on 4th April 2020.  The renew next year just wait for the renewal reminder email and follow the instructions on there and this will take the paypal payment and renew you instantly.
