Trip down memory lane

Here are some of my oldest biking pictures .  The black and white photo is me in 1975 on my Puch M50 sport moped.  I got it 8 months before my 16th birthday and my dad would take me to the local common on the back of it.  When we got there he taught me how to ride it.  I remember I dropped it on the first corner on my first ride.  Luckily it didn't put me off.  The second picture is me in 1978 with my very first RD400c (SVC878R).  This was taken outside my girlfriend's house.  She is now my wife.  Check out the flares and the haircut.  Happy days :D

No, according to my NME only old hippies wore flares in '78! It was drainpipes by then.

Well, USN still had them for dungarees.
