I'm probably teaching granny to suck eggs here (sorry Bob!), but cast your search vocabulary far and wide, as a lot of those parts will be shared with other models, and probably not just other DTs.

CMSNL and Partzilla show which other US models a part is shared with.

Dont want to confuse things but.....

I have a US import 1972/3 AT3 125cc electric start.  12V

It has a three position iggy switch, off, run, run and lights.

It has three wires, red, brown, and blue.

If you need me to dig any more, let me know.

The battery has to be in tip top condition to start on the button With short runs only, it rarely makes it. Its no great deal though as it starts first kick on the lever. Remember to set your timing on full advance - use a piece of bent coathanger to spring the weights out.....

Retired Widowed Electronic Test Engineer (Avionics), Age 61, Owned P50, PC50, SS50z, YAS1, YDS7, RD350B till 1978, then KH400 from 2009 onwards. Have a fully restored YAS1 on the road, and an AT3. And now a Suzuki T125 Stinger to get fired up, with another Stinger in boxes....

Some parts are unique to the 12v DT/AT. Battery box is one of those parts. I have the switch gear, a pretty ropey rear light without the lens. The UK DT125E used the round USA style light not the UK FS1E/ RD style. I have the clutch and brake levers and brackets, but pattern levers are fine. Out of interest, and not wishing to appear anal, did you have to rebore the barrel, and if so did you use the correct model piston with Dykes rings. Probably doesn't really matter but the later and earlier pistons are different. PM me your details and we can sort something out with the parts. When we got ours it had the wrong piston and no wiring to the starter solenoid, so had a lot of head scratching to sort that out.
