Right hand Mirror Thread Repair
« on: October 18, 2018, 09:13:31 PM »
Had a guy come to the desk at Stafford and ask about fitting a thread insert for right hand mirror. As we all know righty tighty, but not here it's lefty tighty. Advised him where to go but later on wandering round as you do had a chat with these guys

Apparently for a price they'll send out 5 inserts of size required, drill bit, tap etc. etc.
You have 2 weeks use of it then return keeping leftover inserts.
As the guy said it's better than laying out £150 + to do 1 thread repair.
So if you have several or your mates have same problem it may be worth a chat with these guys
