The 8th Good Friday New forest ride.  (Cant believe we have been doing it 8 years now.)

Good Friday 30th March 2018  (NOW Sunday 29th April)

Meeting at Rownhams service M27 westbound.

09;00 meet to leave 09;30

Run will include Sammy Millers for a cuppa and a café for lunch etc. I will try and make it a bit different to last years but it will be similar.

Weather permitting as usual.

Is that the memorial near the Ornamental Drive, a few miles outside Lyndhurst?

Send me the details Del and I will include it.

The Canadian Memorial is a simple wooden roadside cross overlooking sloping ground, close to the Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary - it is beside the minor road leading from Emery Down, not far from the A31 underpass. (Note: access to / from the A31 is not available here).

We have been doing the New Forest run for 8 years and have only ever cancelled it once due to weather, it did rain one year but every other year we have has glorious sunshine but it has been a bit cold. e will review this years in the middle of next week. Lets just hope the beast from the east blows itself out in Russia
