OK and a few weeks on.

If the bike is left for more than 5 days the battery will be as flat as a pancake so something is drawing a current.

The only thing I can think of was the Zeeltronics so I had another look atr the instruction.
Gazzatt2 fitted this when the bike was new.
Reading the instructions it sasy you can wire it direct to the battery.

I did some searches and spoke to Zeeltronics to check this was correct.

It turns out the NEW insructions say wire it to an ignition live like the brown on the fuse panel because it drawers a small current when not used.

So I stripped the insulation on the brown wire and soldered on a new Red lice for the zeel so it will on work with the ignition on.

Hope it works.

The loom is not the best on Project X so splicing into it was not a problem.

Job done and battery on charge, I am hoping thats the end of the battery problem.
