Just an idea Merv, from one side it looks yellow and the other side white 2 bikes in one and it would be different. You could get Kenny to sign the yellow side and Rossi to sign the white side

what about an an "ad" on the bike, (it need not be huge) that may engage the target interestee: Maybe something along the lines of:

"40+, had an RD in your youth, relive it, join the blah blah blah."

A member had already volunteered to ride it to the North East rally.

I would like to see it at all shows and Rallys.

The only problem is do they have fuel That far north?

Do people actualy live up there?

I may be able to change your minds now the bike rebuild man has been chosen.

This man a is a genius when it comes to specials and he has volunteered his services.

He has not only agreed to build the bike but also MAKE as set of one off special spannies.

He said he is also willing to cut the frame about, add twin disks and do what ever we think.

marnew is an Artist.

Most of you will know him by his special bike.

Have I changed your minds to maker it very special?

We don"t wanna go too far over the top. We need to keep near to the classic RD look.

Engine needs to stay "untuned" - we do not want regular engine problems/blow ups

Or something standard but total Bling, all chrome, bright zink and polished copper ??

We need to keep the engine "close to standard internally. With potentially a lot of people riding it we need to keep it reliable
