Hi Foggie,

Great to see all these bikes listed - just a shame more arent still licensed.  I do have a question though about the data for "colour at registration".  I was the second owner of LLE358V a White and Red RD400E. I bought this from a friend and I know that the bike was bought White and Red, it wasn"t Yellow. I part ex"ed this 400 for my 350LC and all though I loved the 350 I would still like to have that 400 now  Likewise when I bought my 350LC - CJJ902W it was nearly new. It was in Mars Bar colours and again I"m pretty sure it wasn"t White when registered.  Where does that info come from (I assume the DVLA?).

Ill have an "A" plated RD80MX to add to the list soon, I just cant remember the number.  Great job mate,

Regards,

Russ

Foggie,

I knew there was something else I wanted to mention.  I bumped into a friend who bought my RD250F (RVX560W)from me in 1981.  He told me that the bike was stolen from him and the thief had been caught .  Sadly the bike had been stripped and sold as spares, so I dont know if that 250 should be removed from the list now?

Regards,

Russ

I"ve put enough of mine together now to justify calling it a bike again.

Registration is SAA 320T

Registered 15.5.79 in white.

Long, slow restoration in progress.

Go to page 1 of this topic.

I have about a year"s worth of RD"s to catch up on
foggie

It's very easy to knock bikes into a box. Getting them back out again is another thing!

hi, are these reg numbers from members who own these bikes or are they also reg numbers of bikes they are trying to find. i notice the reg number of my fs1e SPT384R is there under the member BRUCEC and its close to my user name bluec so could there be some mistakes here. brucec also has a rd250B listed MBR307P.does he own this bike or is he looking for it or neither ?

its all a bit confusing.
