Hi Comms Guy,Just sent as they were rust included,suppose it would help if you removed the rust but everything came back fine apart  from a couple of bolts that had some paint spatter on them the finish on them wasn"t as good so i would remove any paint from the parts next time.

Sorry Alvin Sparkplug thought i had replied,Castle Chrome Dudley maybe not he cheapest but close to me so easy drop off and collection,down pipes were very badly pitted was surprised they came out so well.

Hi Steve. Nice Rd and lovely Z1's .  Two Zd's you are a lucky man.  Always liked the Z1a in that mustard colour.  I remember seeing one in a petrol station near my house when I was 14 in 1974.  I thought it was the most beautiful bike I had ever seen

chrome and zinc can be done at Nyphos in Crewe Cheshire, they do loads of bike stuff and can zinc in many colours

Thanks for comments Fred,the z1a paint looks much better in the flesh a beautiful deep metallic green always looks different in pics somehow never looks right  more of browny green not great,think the 400c looks great with the zeds still not finished yet but getting there,looked at your 200& 350 rebuild wished i hadn"t now as had a P reg silver 350b in back  79, tempted now,may have to contact Stukey ;)
