Membership renewal for existing members
 
go to this page https://membermojo.co.uk/aircooledrdclub/signin   and enter your email address
you will then get an email with a link to log you into your member mojo page
click that link and it will take you to your membership  page,
you will then see a renew button click that and it  will take you to paypal, and that should sort it


but please check your details are correct as people often change email addresses etc and forget to do it on their forum profile

Can I make a request please? that all members (that have internet access) renew their memberships via the automated process and just don't pay their fees directly into paypal. I am getting a number of members mailing me after getting an expiry notice telling me that they have already paid at some point previously.  October is still a busy time as all older memberships still expire at the end of the month which is why I suppose I am getting so many " I have already paid" mails.

The automated system is the best and easiest way to renew as it updates membership automatically.  Any payments that are paid manually (as opposed to going through the automated system) are not monitored manually due to the volume and having to trawl through the paypal account everyday to check if any payments relate to a renewal and then having to update each account manually.  If you wish to pay that way, there is no problem but if you send me a PM just to let me know then I can update the database straight away.  Many thanks all and thanks for supporting the club for another year

Hi, I am trying to renew my membership on the mojo by entering my email address however it is being rejected as not the email
address that I had last years membership with due to fact that freeserve/orange stopped, I have change my email to new address in my profile but still not accepting same .  Can you help me please , thanks inadvance

Should work now . i just changed it in the Mojo

Should work now . i just changed it in the Mojo

Please remember everyone that Membermojo is a stand alone third party software that we subscribe to and is NOT linked to the forum so if you change e mail address/phone number etc contact myself, Mervin or Paul via pm and they will update Membermojo. Please do not post new details on here as its not good practice to display your e mail/phone number on an open Forum.
